Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Refunds & Returns

We want you to feel confident in every purchase. Our policies are built to be fair and simple:

Digital Products (eBooks, Courses, Downloads):

  • All digital sales are final. If you experience a technical issue or didn’t receive your product, please contact us within 7 days at marketingfruitteam@gmail.com

Physical Products (Books, Merchandise, Bundles):

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in unused condition.

  • To initiate a return, contact marketingfruitteam@gmail.com with your order number and issue.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt of the item.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Events, Coaching, or Subscription Services:

  • Refunds vary by program and will be clearly stated during purchase or registration.

  • Cancelation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance for coaching calls or in-person sessions.
